Google launched a dedicated agency hub for Merchant Center in March 2026. Here's what it does, what it doesn't do, and how to get access.
In March 2026, Google rolled out Merchant Center for Agencies to the US and Canada. This gives agencies a single dashboard to view diagnostics across all client GMC accounts without logging into each one separately.
If you manage Google Shopping for multiple clients, this changes your daily workflow. But it doesn't change as much as you might think.
What it does
The new agency hub shows cross-account diagnostics: feed errors, disapprovals, and policy violations across every client account linked to your MCA. Socium Media reported resolving monitoring tasks 50% faster after switching from the old MCA interface.

What it does not do

How to get access
Agencies need to request access through Google. Approval has been rolling out gradually. Requirements:
- You must have an existing Multi-Client Account (MCA) structure
- Your MCA must be in good standing (no active suspensions)
- You need at least 2 client accounts linked to your MCA
