Table of contents
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeedShield ("the Service", "the App", "Platform"), operated by XPAND ENTERPRISES - FZCO ("XPAND", "we", "us", "our"), a Free Zone Company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any part of FeedShield, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplementary policies referenced within.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization. "You" refers to both the individual and the organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are connecting client accounts on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have proper authorization to do so.
2. Description of service
FeedShield is a SaaS platform that helps merchants and agencies maintain compliance with Google Merchant Center policies. The Service provides:
- Automated website crawling and compliance auditing across 250+ compliance checkpoints
- Google Merchant Center account synchronization via the Merchant API (read-only)
- AI-powered analysis and fix recommendations using large language models
- Compliance score tracking and trend monitoring
- Structured data validation, policy page detection, and product feed analysis
- Client management dashboards for agencies
- PDF audit reports (white-labeled on Agency plans)
- Knowledge base with Google-sourced fix guides
The Service crawls publicly accessible web pages you submit, analyzes HTML content and structured data, and stores audit results in our database. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account registration and security
You create an account by signing in with Google OAuth 2.0 or email/password authentication via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials and any connected Google accounts
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not
- Restricting access to your account on shared devices
- Notifying us at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect unauthorized access, Terms violations, or compromised security.
4. Subscription plans and billing
FeedShield offers three subscription tiers:
| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 |
| Pro | $49/month | $470/year (save 20%) |
| Agency | $149/month | $1,430/year (save 20%) |
All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We may adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the agreed rate until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the remainder of your billing period.
If payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier and premium features will become inaccessible until payment resumes.
5. Free trial terms
New users on Pro and Agency plans receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start.
When the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features. If you do not subscribe, your account will revert to the Free tier. Audit data and configurations will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration, after which they may be purged.
Free trials are limited to one per user and one per organization. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial program at any time.
6. Data collection and processing
To provide the Service, we collect and process data in several ways:
Website crawling
When you submit a URL for auditing, our crawler accesses the publicly available pages of that website. We fetch and analyze HTML content, meta tags, structured data (JSON-LD), images, policy pages, and HTTP headers. We store extracted compliance data (not full page HTML) in our database. Crawling respects robots.txt directives where applicable.
Google Merchant Center sync
If you connect your GMC account via OAuth, we access product listings, account issues, feed diagnostics, and policy status on a read-only basis via the Google Merchant API. We store synced data to power dashboards and compliance scoring. We never write to or modify your GMC account.
AI processing
Website audit data, product information, and compliance issues are sent to AI models via OpenRouter for analysis and recommendation generation. Data sent to AI providers is used for inference only and is not retained for model training. See our Privacy Policy for details on data processors.
SerpAPI and Google APIs
We use SerpAPI to retrieve search engine results for digital footprint analysis and verification purposes. We use Google APIs for Merchant Center data access and authentication. Data retrieved through these services is processed and stored as part of your audit results.
7. AI and automated analysis disclaimer
FeedShield uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze compliance data and generate recommendations. You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. They do not constitute legal, compliance, or professional advice.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your specific situation.
- You are responsible for evaluating and verifying all recommendations before acting on them.
- Compliance scores are indicative assessments based on automated checks. A high score does not guarantee Google will approve your account or products.
- We make no warranty that following AI recommendations will resolve your compliance issues with Google.
- AI models may change over time, which could affect the nature or quality of recommendations.
XPAND ENTERPRISES - FZCO is not liable for any account suspensions, product disapprovals, revenue loss, or other adverse outcomes resulting from actions you take based on AI-generated content from the Service.
