Platform, scanning engine, agency tooling
Builds and operates ComplianceIQ — the engine that runs 250+ compliance checks across 27 categories on any store URL in under two minutes. Owns the platform stack: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase for data, OpenRouter + direct model APIs for the AI fix layer, Stripe for billing. Also owns the agency multi-tenant dashboard and the free-audit public surface.

Compliance Research
Policy tracking, AI fix recommendations, knowledge hub
Monitors Google Merchant Center policy changes, turns them into scan rules, and writes the AI prompts that generate fix recommendations. Maintains the knowledge hub (43 articles and growing) and the blog covering disapproval reasons, suspension recovery, feed optimization, and structured data. Every rule in ComplianceIQ ties back to a Google policy doc.

Product & Design
User experience, reporting, white-label
Makes compliance findings legible to merchants who are not SEO specialists, and gives agencies the tools to present findings to their clients with their own branding. Owns the dashboard information architecture, the PDF report generator, and the white-label customization layer.

Runs customer success for the agency tier, handles enterprise contract negotiation and custom volume pricing for 100+ client books, and maintains partnerships with compliance vendors and review aggregators that feed into the platform.
